Rob Verdi Saxophone Virtuoso Thursday, April 16, 2026, 7:30 pm Culpeper County High School Auditorium    Click picture to Start and Stop Video                  Rob Verdi is an in-demand saxophone virtuoso who has been touring and performing for decades, and is celebrating his 40th year of entertaining guests in Disneyland’s New Orleans Square. Building on the success of his hit touring show “Saxophobia,” “SAXSATIONAL!” offers audiences a glimpse at some of the most unusual saxophones ever manufactured. An invitation extended to your local school or community bands offers an opportunity for local musicians to join Rob onstage during his live concert. Rob’s repertoire includes, but is not limited to, “Fly Me to the Moon,” “Stompin’ at theSavoy,” and many more! Rob Verdi received his musical training at the Arizona State University School of Music in 1984. After a year of teaching junior high band, Rob relocated to Los Angeles to accept a full time position with the Entertainment Division of the Walt Disney Company. His jazz band, the Side Street Strutters, entertained guests at Disneyland for 22 years, and also presented formal concerts and symphony pops programs in theaters and performing arts centers throughout the US. Rob currently performs at the Disneyland Resort, is active in a variety of Los Angeles area musical projects and conducts jazz workshops for the Disney Magic Music Days guest talent program.
